HUMANE Spring Seminar, April 7-8, 2017, Frascati, Rome

The leadership of people, knowledge and change: the contribution of ‘the administration’ to institutional sustainability

As announced in our eNewsletter the first HUMANE Seminar of 2017 will be held at the University of Rome Tor Vergata’s historic Villa Mondragone located in the picturesque town of Frascati in the Alban Hills on the south eastern outskirts of Rome.

The seminar theme aims to share practice and explore new ways in which professional services are contributing to the sustainability of European universities.

Whether it is new and innovative ways of working, organising and delivering service functions; deploying advanced programme management techniques to ensure more effective delivery of complex capital and IT projects; sophisticated energy management; or creating a high performance culture among professional staff, the so called ‘administration’ plays an ever-increasingly important role in ensuring institutional sustainability.

We’re assembling an energetic, experienced and varied group of speakers to share their honest experience of leading change in their service domains to contribute to their institution’s future sustainability.

Registration is now open. For further information and to see who is eligible to attend please click on read more.
