このたび、JSPS科研費プロジェクト（課題番号：22KK0027「高等教育の外部質保証と内部質保証を繋ぐ教育プログラム評価モデルの国際共同開発」（代表者：金沢大学　林透））による教育プログラム評価研究会企画「第3回オープンセミナー」をオンライン開催いたします。ご関心のある方は、以下の申込方法に沿って、参加申し込みください。

【趣旨】
　日本において紹介される英国の高等教育の質保証システムは、主に、イングランド地域を対象としたものです。英国には、イングランド地域のほかに、3つの地域があり、特に、スコットランド地域における高等教育の質保証
システムは、各大学の内部質保証の自律性を尊重しつつ、質向上につながる
ような取組（Enhancement Model）を重視しています。
　今回のセミナーでは、スコットランド地域のストラスクライド大学で質保証担当副学長補佐を務められているブライアン・グリーン教授をお招きし、スコットライド地域における新しい外部質保証の枠組や所属大学での内部質保証のための改革取組等についてお話いただきます。スコットランド地域の「質向上モデル」から多くのことを学びたいと思います。

Keynote Speaker：
Prof. Brian Green, University of Strathclyde, Scotland, UK
Quality assurance, academic review, student voice and enhancement are
central to Brian’s role at Strathclyde and his engagement with the UK
higher education sector. Brian convenes Strathclyde’s Quality Assurance
Committee and has a central, strategic role within University Senate,
Education Strategy, Learning Enhancement and Student Experience.
Externally, Brian has been an Academic Reviewer for QAA Scotland for the
Enhancement Led Institutional Review (ELIR) and Quality Enhancement and
Standards Review (QESR) and now Tertiary Quality Enhancement Review
(TQER). He is a member of Scottish Funding Council’s Tertiary Quality
Steering Group, QAA Scotland advisory groups for Scotland’s Tertiary
Quality Enhancement Framework, Universities Scotland Learning and
Teaching Committee, and the Quality Council for UK Higher Education.
