香港大学で開催されたHERA2025会議にて、弊センターの大学院生（博士課程後期）で県立広島大学特命助教の康凱翔さんが、Best Poster Presentation Awardを受賞しましたので、以下の通りご紹介いたします。

Gamified classroom practices have been proven effective in enhancing students’ interest in learning. Nevertheless, the widespread implementation of gamification remains limited due to the scarcity of specific teaching cases and significant technical barriers associated with designing instructional props and game mechanics. This study aims to address this gap by presenting practical examples of gamified teaching in statistics classrooms and exploring specific methods for leveraging AI-assisted modeling and 3D printing technologies to design and create tangible instructional tools, thereby providing substantial support for statistics education.

ゲーミフィケーションを導入した授業実践は、学生の学習意欲を効果的に高めることが明らかになっている。しかし、具体的な授業事例が不足していることや、教材道具および仕組みの設計において高い技術的な壁が存在することから、その普及は依然として限定的である。本研究は、この課題を克服するために、統計学の授業におけるゲーミフィケーションの具体的実践事例を提示するとともに、AIを用いたモデリング支援や3Dプリント技術を活用して具体的な教材道具を設計·制作する方法を探求し、統計学教育に実質的な支援を提供することを目指している。
