【セミナー趣旨】
　本セミナーでは、多面的・総合的に評価する入学者選抜を実施している国外の大学の教員を講師としてお招きし、各国での事例に関しお話いただきます。米国の事例からは、Holistic Review、英国の事例からは面接・口頭試問、韓国の事例からはアドミッション・オフィサーの導入に関しお話しいただきます。本セミナーでは、先行事例から学ぶだけではなく、海外での取り組みをどのように日本の高等教育の文脈に即して導入していくべきかフロアを交えて議論していきます。

In this seminar, we invite faculty members from overseas universities that have implemented holistic review approaches for college admissions to speak about their admissions practices. The seminar offers lectures on college admissions practices in the U.S., the U.K. and South Korea. The seminar will not only allow participants to learn from the presented practices, but will also include a panel discussion on how the overseas initiatives could be localized and introduced in the context of Japanese higher education.
