A working paper titled “Rethinking Internationalization of Higher Education under Geopolitical Shifts”
by Professor Futao Huang (Hiroshima University) and a team of Center faculty and alumni has been published in the CGHE Working Paper Series (No.121, September 2025), University of Oxford.

The team includes Masako Kotake (Mie University), Yangson Kim and Xin Li (Hiroshima University), Lilan Chen (Osaka University), and Tsukasa Daizen (Hiroshima University).

This research is part of a JSPS-funded project led by Professor Huang.
