\"\"<\/a>Doctoral well-being is much bigger than the term conveys! By considering some overlooked factors and supervisor perspectives, this talk aims to broaden existing understanding and bring new insights into the doctoral well-being discourse. Drawing upon the speaker\u2019s two recent research studies set in the UK context and a book entitled \u2018Navigating Your International Doctoral Experience (and Beyond)\u2019, this presentation aims to elucidate the term doctoral well-being. This presentation will end with a reflection of the practical implications for both the British and the Japanese doctoral contexts.<\/p>\n
