It has caused much concern among different stakeholders, notably students and academics. Taking example of this policy, this seminar will analyse the decision-making process in higher education and research in France.<br \/>\u3000For more details, please refer to the summary in French below.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/strong> <br \/><\/em><em>\u3000En 2018, le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais a adopt\u00e9 des mesures visant \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des droits d\u2019inscription pour les \u00e9tudiants internationaux hors Union europ\u00e9enne. Cette augmentation, lourde de cons\u00e9quences, est tr\u00e8s vite devenue le lieu d\u2019enjeux et de tensions entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs concern\u00e9s. Des actions collectives r\u00e9unissant des institutions \u00e9tatiques, des associations \u00e9tudiantes, acad\u00e9miques, des enseignants et \u00e9tudiants ont manifest\u00e9 leur d\u00e9saccord et investi l\u2019espace public.<br \/><\/em>\u3000\u00c0 travers cet exemple, nous tenterons d\u2019analyser le processus d\u00e9cisionnel gouvernemental \u00e0 l\u2019origine des mesures prises par le gouvernement. Notre objectif est de tenter de montrer comment se prennent les d\u00e9cisions ? Quelles sont les diff\u00e9rents acteurs concern\u00e9s qui interviennent dans le processus d\u00e9cisionnel ? Nous pouvons formuler l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se que le processus de fabrication de cette d\u00e9cision est symptomatique d\u2019une singularit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n<p>\u25a0Language<br \/>This seminar will be given in French with Japanese translation.<\/p>\n<p>\u25a0Note<br \/>\u30fbParticipation fee is free\u00a0<br \/>\u30fbWe are going to take some photos during the seminar.
